The Outside Skirt Steak is broader and thicker than the inside cut, making it a “meatier” still lean and tender choice.
PROGRAM: Australian full blood Wagyu are 100% direct descendants of Japanese Herdblock livestock. Our Australian Wagyu beef is award winning (Gold Medal at the 2019 Queensland Food & Wine Show) and dedicated to the magic of marbling with a score of 6-7.
