Similar to the Porterhouse Steak, the T-Bone is slightly smaller (1/2 to 1 1/4 inch) in diameter. This well marbled, hand cut steak is often referred to as the “king of steaks”. Our Authentic Black Angus is naturally superior in genetics. The ranchers we work with refine feeding techniques and perfect their animal-handling practices.
